I've decided to keep a dream diary.

It seems that I've been getting a lot of dreams recently. And unlike most people, I remember what they were about quite vividly. Not too many details though.

Every now and then when I do dream about something interesting, I'll blog about it here.

--------------

So the other day I was dreaming about picking up tennis balls at a golf course. And I had to climb over some fence in order to do so. Then there was this security guard who found me and I started running and he didn't chase...

--------------

Another time I dreamt that the price of rice went up. Apparently I was having a meal with my grandma (who in real life would choose not to sit at the same table with us during dinner) and my mom served up a bowl with barely two tablespoonfuls of rice in it and said, "Na. You all share this." The next thing I remember was thinking about asking for more rice the next time I order Chap Cai Peng (mixed vegetable rice)...

--------------

Just last night I was dreaming about this huge playground with this spider-web made up of ropes reaching a height of a building. Then I started hanging on to these two stranded ropes and started climbing by simply letting go of one hand and grabbing a higher portion of the rope and then repeating this until I made it like 3 storeys. It was incredibly easy cos it was of course, just a dream. I, however, didn't like heights so I just loosened my grip and down I went. The good thing was, my hands didn't suffer from rope burn.

I watched a section of the repeat of last night's Beijing Olympics 2008 Opening Ceremony just after I woke up this morning and for some unknown reason, 3 teardrops trickled down my eyes. It happened when I saw one of China's ex-gymnasts, Li Ning, hanging from a harness and running across the walls of the stadium before lighting up the huge Olympic cauldron. I have no idea why I was feeling so emo this morning. But somehow watching the magnificent display that China has put up really moved me. I could just imagine what it must have felt like to be one of the spectators at the Bird's Nest Stadium.

China has really outdone herself this time.

What the hell is going on with Japan these days? What's up with all the stabbing of random strangers and chopping up your own families? Are Japanese too stressed out? Are they living too long? Are they watching too many shows which depict violence and gore (eg. some Anime)? Is it the food they eat? Or is it their culture and lifestyle?

I'm not saying that this applies to only the Japanese. I know for a fact that these kind of crimes are getting more and more common around the world. But it's a scary thought that these things can occur so often nowadays.

KAMIKAZE!

My parents just signed the contract to sell our house. So we'll be relocating within 5 months!!

Sheesh. The buyers were quick.

Oh... crap.

That means I'm going to be further away from my school then I was before. Mom wants to move to Bukit Panjang. No more 15 minutes away from school =( No more Jurong Point. No more Jurong West Sports and Recreation Centre.

On a more positive note, I'm going to have my very own room! For the first time in my life!! Hope we'll find a house with a study room...

Sis is gonna be very shocked when she reads this post.

I was on the rooftop of a huge white house. I was standing just along the corridor when I saw a blue fuzzy image moving speedily across the rooftop. At first glance, I thought it was a Lynx or maybe even cookie monster on steroids, but as I drew closer I was surprised to see a donkey-like creature waving a kind of stick and murmuring to himself. After further observation, I realised that the blue fuzzy image was in fact a wizard in a blue Llama costume waving his wand and murmuring some incantations.

Just then, the blue Llama started picking up speed towards my direction.

My first instinct was to make a dash for it. I ran towards the other end of the rooftop and arrived at a flight of spiral staircase. I descended the stairs quickly and burst through the door at the end of the stairs. What was waiting at the other side of the door caught me by surprise. I saw a video camera on the right and I almost slammed into a small TV set that was placed just beside a wooden bench on the left. I stopped short and saw myself on TV. The Sheng Shiong Show was on.

And the contestant got the right answer for guessing that I would run upon seeing the Blue Llama. o.O

OK... that didn't happen. But I did dream about it. It's one of those dreams I can remember vividly yet make no heads or tails about. Maybe I've been thinking too much Harry Potter. But a wizard in a Llama suit?! That's just weird. If there's anyone out there who can interpret dreams and know what my dream is about... please tell me by dropping me a minidoopz =)
